DE NAVARRA

The Universidad de Navarra (UN) is a private academic institution located in Pamplona (Navarra). Founded in 1952, every year it is designated as one of the most prestigious private universities in Spain. Within the biomedical industry, its schools of Medicine, Pharmacy and Biology have been characterized from the beginning to incorporate significant advances in health education. Interschool departments teach in the Faculty of Pharmacy Science and Medicine and collaborate with the Center for Applied Medical Research (CIMA), the Center for Applied Medical Pharmacobiology (CIFA) and the Clínica Universidad de Navarra (CUN).

OF BARCELONA

The University of Barcelona (UB) is a public university located in the city of Barcelona (Catalonia). With over 500 years of history, the UB has 19 faculties and university schools, 8 university institutes and several associated centers that contribute to the creation, transfer and dissemination of culture and scientific, technical and professional knowledge. In 1996, the UB, through the Pharmacy Faculty, and managed by the Fundación Bosch I Gimpera (FBIG), set up the Service of Development of Medicines (SDM) ) to make the necessary collaboration between the university and the pharmaceutical industry possible. The SDM supplies technical, scientific and research services and projects, to develop medical devices and medicinal products for both human and animal use. For this purpose, the SDM has modern facilities of 460m2 with manufacturing area, quality assurance, quality control and quality guarantee.
